Wellness Summit 2020: Uttarakhand government sent invitations to ambassadors from 25 countries

The Trivendra government has sent invitations to ambassadors from 25 countries for the proposed wellness summit in April. Before the summit, there will be a round table meeting with ambassadors in Rishikesh in March. In this, the government will share investment possibilities and policies in Ayush, Wellness, Yoga, Tourism and Organic sectors in Uttarakhand.

USA, France, UAE, China, Japan, Thailand, Indonesia will be made country partners at the summit. The two-day summit will be inaugurated by Prime Minister Narendra Modi. The summit will see an MoU with entrepreneurs across the world to invest in eight sectors, including wellness economy, wellness tourism, organic food, wellness products.

Which sectors are more likely to be invested in Uttarakhand and detailed information about the facilities being provided by the government will be presented to the ambassadors of 25 countries in the round table meeting. Invitations have been sent from the government to the embassies.
