Volunteers created awareness of voting


On Friday, NSS volunteers of State Inter-College Horawala took out a voter awareness rally in Kothada Santoor village to ensure maximum voting in the Lok Sabha elections. Also, the drafts of reference were filled up by the people.

In the rally, volunteers went door to door and made people aware of voting. Programme Officer Lalit Chaturvedi said that the biggest achievement after independence is the country’s democratic system. This arrangement of the election process is considered to be the biggest festival. Therefore, every person should vote in the festival of democracy. Programme Officer said that the day of polling should not be considered as a day of rest from work. Said that voting is a true loyalty to the country. By voting, a government that is thinking right about the development of the country is formed.
