No change in the opening of shops, bar ban
The Uttarakhand government has released a guideline for the unlocked forest starting from June 1. There is not much change in the arrangements made under lockdown 4 in the state. The pass will be mandatory for inter-state movement by road. While the Center gave relief in it. Non-essential activities will be restricted from seven in the evening until seven in the morning. However, the Center has given a guideline to ban from 9 pm to 5 am.
The central government has provided several reliefs from 1 June on Saturday. It was agreed to start tourism activities with the opening of religious places of worship from June 8. Hotels, restaurants, and other hospitality services and shopping consignment will also be approved only after June 8.
The central government will issue a separate standard operating procedure for this. But the center directed to maintain the curfew situation from 9 pm to 5 am in the entire country, barring necessary activities with immediate effect.
Shops will open from 7 am to 7 pm
The state government has not yet implemented the relief given by the Center in the state. Shops and business institutions will open from 7 am to 7 pm until further orders. After this, the next 12 hours of non-essential activities will be restricted.
The Center has abolished the compulsory requirement of a pass from one state to another, but the state government has maintained the mandatory of the pass. The pass will be issued after registration on the web portal of Dehradun Smart City Limited. Although it is mandatory to register on the web portal for inter-state movement, the pass is not mandatory.
Apart from this, the arrangements for those coming by airplane have not changed. The Old Testament will remain for the healing bridge. For those traveling interstate, the rules of Quarantine are also maintained as before.
Shops in the Red Zone will open from 7 am to 4 pm
In the guidelines issued by the government, shops in the Red Zone will open from 7 am to 4 pm. In addition to essential services, all the offices will open till 4 pm. All employees of category one and two and 33 percent of the employees of category three and four will be present.
Intermediate movement in red zone is mandatory
Pass will be mandatory for going out of the district or coming in. However, only registration in Green and Orange zone can be done from one district to another district. Additional public transport to bring passengers to and from the railway station and airport will be restricted.
