For the first time in the recruitment, people of economically backward sections of the state will get 10% reservation benefits. Proposals for recruitment with the reservation benefits on behalf of the departments have started to come to the Election Commission.
In order to give 10 percent reservation to the economically backward class in government jobs, the Department of Personnel had banned until the rules were made. It was asked to send back the proposal to the vacant posts of various departments including PanchayatRaj Department, Rural Development, Education Department, Water Institute, Irrigation Department, Secretariat Administration, and submit a proposal with reservation benefits. Now the Department of Personnel has prepared Reservation rules, but due to the implementation of the Lok Sabha Election Code of Conduct, there was a ban on sending recruitment proposals from the departments. Election code of conduct has ended. Now the departments have started the process of sending the vacancies to the election commission.
