The responsibility of government schemes is only on the shoulders of government banks

The responsibility of lending the government schemes running in the state is only on the shoulders of government banks. Private banks are not ready to lend any plans. This issue was raised prominently in the meeting of State Level Bankers Committee on Monday, now it has been decided that such private banks will be created and report to the Reserve Bank, so that they can be processed accordingly. Plans are being run in all the states including Veer Chandra Singh Garhwali Yojana, Deendayal Upadhyay Tourism Home Stay Plan, National Rural Livelihood Mission, Money, Prime Minister Housing Yojana. NPAs have also increased rapidly in these schemes, but this is only for the public sector banks.

In the meeting of State Level Bankers Committee on Monday, Additional Chief Secretary Radha Raturi raised this issue. She expressed surprise that the loan of all government schemes is being issued only by the government banks. Why is no money released from private banks? He instructed the SLBC that the reports of these banks will be prepared and sent to the RBI so that they can be processed.
