The MDDA master plan for Doon and Mussoorie will be ready by the first week of August. The MDDA Vice President reviewed the Master Plan-2040 through video conference. In which the company of Ahmedabad informed about the work done so far.
Vice President, Dr. Ashish Kumar Srivastava held a meeting on Master Plan-2040 at the Mussoorie-Dehradun Development Authority office. In which the presentation was given through a video conference from Marsh Technology, a working organization of Ahmedabad. During this period the progress of the work done so far was given.
Satellite images of Dehradun and Mussoorie city have been purchased by MDDA, in which Dehradun’s image was made available to the company. On the basis of this, the company has completed a survey of about 60 percent area. Also the authorization has been submitted for verification. The remaining work will also be completed within a month. All Sajra seats have been superimposed.
Contour layers, transport planning layers, seismic zones, building footprints, and their characteristics were also discussed in the meeting. Dr. Srivastava has instructed the executing organization to submit the first draft to the Master Plan Authority by the first week of August. Authorities Secretary SL Semwal, Girish Gunwant, Specialist Co-ordinator Planning Geeta Khulbe, Transport Planner Jagmohan and Neeraj Makwana, Ankita Sharma, and Siddharth Raturi were present in the meeting.
This will be benefited from the master plan
– By clicking on his Khasra number, the common man will know the land use of that place.
– Height and curved areas of various buildings will also be known.
– All roads have been fully aligned.
– With geofencing, the details of the site will be known accurately.
