In Uttarakhand’s Roorkee, two sides came face-to-face in Nagla Emarati about the old rage. The people of both sides were stoned to death and fired with tumors. The police reached the spot immediately after receiving the information.
During this time, both the sides accused each other giving Tahrir. The police have started investigating the matter by registering a cross-case investigation. On Friday evening, two parties came under attack due to old rivalry in Nagla Emarati village, Civil Lines, Kotwali area.
On Sunday, Lalit Tyagi of one party gave Tahrir to the police and told that his old rage is being carried out in the village itself. In the evening, while his brother, Neeraj Tyagi was on his way, the other party, passing through the way hurled abuses and pelted stones on him.
He was also fired with pistols, in which he saved his life somehow. At the same time, Bhupendra Tyagi of the other party gave the Tahrir and told that the people of Lalit Tyagi’s party attacked him in the house and beat him up. On opposing, they attacked with sharp weapons.
It is alleged that his nephew Raja was injured in stone pelting. The police reached the village and got information about the matter. Kotwali in-charge Amarjeet Singh said that Lalit Tyagi has registered a case against Tapesh Tyagi alias Rahul, Sunil Tyagi, Bhupendra Tyagi, Raja Tyagi and Bhupendra Tyagi’s Tahrir against Naresh Chand, Amol and Akul. Both sides have been instructed to maintain a peace system. If there’s any dispute again, strict action will be taken.
