Rajouri blast: Shaheed Major Chitresh Bisht unites with Panchathatwa in Haridwar


Major Chitresh Bisht, the younger son of former police inspector SS Bisht, who was a resident of Nehru Colony, died on Saturday in the Navy Sector. Earlier, the body of the martyr was kept at the Nehru colony’s house for the last glimpse. Where many comforters gathered to pay their tribute. During this, the slogan of “Shaheed Chitresh Amar Rahe, Pakistan murdabaad” which means may the Martyred Chitresh be immortalized, and Pakistan be destroyed, continued. Monday morning at 8:30 the body of the martyr was brought to his house. Former Uttarakhand Chief Minister Harish Rawat, Mayor of Dehradun, Sunil Uniyal Gama paid homage to the martyr.

Chief Minister Trivendra Singh Rawat also paid homage to the martyrs after reaching the house. For about five hundred meters from the house, people shouted the slogans with the picture of the martyr in their hand to honor him. During this, the officers of the police forces and the army also paid tribute to the martyr. During this period, the slogans of Pakistan Murdabad continued. After this, his last tour in the army vehicle came out in the city. A large number of people were present on the last trip. About 11.30 pm the body of the martyr reached the Khadkhadi ghat of Haridwar. Before his funeral, his brother was handed over the martyr’s uniform and the tricolor. The people present there paid homage to the martyr. With this, the body of the body was taken to the funeral. Here the son of martyr’s uncle Harshit Bisht gave him mukhagni, a Hindu ritual before cremation.
