New circle rates will be prepared for 2019 soon


The state government is preparing to increase the circle rate. For this, the districts have sent proposals of new circle rate according to the area to the government. Procedure for determining the Circle Rate for the year 2019 is on. The proposal is expected to come in the cabinet soon. Last year, the government had increased circuit rates of 200 to 400 percent in some areas of Haridwar district.
The state government decides the circle rate of land according to the area every year. Circular rates are determined according to the facilities in the area and the price of the current market. Sources say that this time the government can increase the circle rate by 5 to 10 percent. In areas where there is no road and other amenities, but the Circle Rate is higher than before then rates may be lower in those areas.
The Stamp and Registration Department had sought proposals for fixing the circle rate from all the districts on the basis of current market price. Proposals are being prepared to determine the new circle rate on the basis of these proposals which will be sent to the cabinet for approval.
In the year 2018, the government had increased the circle rates of several districts including Dehradun, Haridwar and Udham Singh Nagar. On the other hand, Secretary and Commissioner stamp and registration courtesy say that Circle Rates are determined every year. Its process is underway. Circle rate will increase or decrease. It is not possible to tell about this now.
