Missing Indian Army soldier Rajendra Singh’s family meet with uttarakhand chief minister

Rajendra Singh’s family members of the 11th Garhwal Rifles posted at Anantnag Forward Post, missing since last January 8, met Chief Minister Trivendra Singh Rawat. He asked the Chief Minister to talk to the central government to find Rajendra. The Chief Minister has assured the family to talk to the central government.

On Sunday, Rajendra’s father Ratan Singh Negi, brother Kundan Singh, Surendra Singh Negi, MLA Sahadev Singh Pundir met Chief Minister Trivendra Singh Rawat. Meanwhile, Rajendra’s father spoke to the central government to find his son and demanded appropriate action. On this, the Chief Minister assured him that he would hold talks with the Defense Minister as well as the army high officials in this regard.

It is known that Jawan Rajendra Singh, posted in the 11th Garhwal Rifles, has been missing since January 8. He had fallen towards the Pak border due to Avalanche near Anantnag forward post. Even after a continuous rescue operation, he is still not found.
