Dhirendra Kumar has been made Kotwal of Tanakpur again
Line spot was made for not registering a case of bike theft
Three other sub-inspectors and one inspector have also been transferred
Kotwal Dhirendra Kumar, who moved the line in Champao, Uttarakhand on February 7, has been made inspector in-charge of Tanakpur Kotwali after 11 days. Apart from this, four other inspectors of Champawat district have also been taken from here. Superintendent of Police Lokeshwar Singh has issued transfer orders of the police on Tuesday.
Dhirendra Kumar, posted in the police line, has been made inspector in-charge of Tanakpur police station. On February 7, Kumar was moved to the line on charges of not registering a bike theft case. A case of theft was registered after his removal. However, neither the thief has been detected so far nor the bike was recovered.
Then Senior Sub Inspector of Tanakpur was made the acting SHO in his place. Apart from this, Inspector-in-charge of Police Line, Narayan Singh, Inspector-in-charge of Pati, Yogesh Dutt, SHO of Pati, has again been sent to Senior Sub-Inspector Tanakpur and Boom Chowki in-charge Manoj Kumar Singh to Tanakpur police station while from Tanakpur in place of Manoj Kumar Singh Sub Inspector Rajendra Singh Dangi has been made in-charge of Boom Outpost.
Investigator Dhirendra Kumar is under investigation for not registering a case of bike theft. If his mistake is found in this case then action will be taken against him.
