Instructions to complete incomplete development work in 20 days

Kalsi: The meeting of the Hanol Mahasu Deity Temple Committee under the chairmanship of SDM Dr. Apurva Singh was held in Tehsil headquarters on Friday. At the meeting, the SDM directed the members of the committee to complete all development works in 20 days. He also asked to provide drinking water and toilets to the devotees.

SDM said that after the commencement of the travel season these numbers of devotees coming to the Mahasu temple, Hanol have also increased, but there is no proper arrangement for their stay in the temple. For this reason, devotees have to spend the night in the open. In view of the convenience of the devotees, he instructed the committee to complete the construction of the Inn. Along with the arrangement of light on the road leading to the temple, instructions of the auction of old unused utensils to the Tehsildar.

He said that the temple committee’s first responsibility is to take care of the devotees’ convenience. He also instructed the revenue workers to keep the security arrangements strong during the biking journey starting from Saturday. Meanwhile, Tehsildar Chakrata Kunwar Singh Negi, Temple Committee secretary Mohan Lal Seemwal, patron Jaipal Singh Panwar, member Dr. Narendra Chauhan, Dr. Arjun Singh Rawat, Jitendra Chauhan, Rajaram Sharma, Rajendra Chauhan, Registrar Kanungo Devraj Pundir, etc. were present.
