Haridwar Mahakumbh to be held in 2021 itself: Shrimant Harigiri


National General Secretary of Akhil Bhartiya Akhara Parishad, met Chief Minister Trivendra Singh Rawat and talked about holding  Mahakumbh in 2021 itself. He demanded from the CM that the work of Kumbh be expedited.

Shrimant Harigiri went to Dehradun to meet the Chief Minister, on the advice of Shrimant Narendra Giri, President of Akhara Parishad. Informed the government about the state of the religious world, the planets and the virtuous period, and the sentiments of the religious people of the country.

Shrimanta Harigiri told the Chief Minister that the Kumbh Mela would be held in 2021 on the previously announced dates. Returning from Dehradun, Shrimant Harigiri spoke to Shrimanta Narendra Giri over the phone, and thereafter a discussion was held online with the secretaries of all the Akharas.

Everyone was of the opinion that the festival of Kumbh cannot be avoided under any circumstances. Shrimant Narendra Giri said that Kumbh cannot be postponed.
