Two medical treatment vehicles ‘Sewa Arogyam’ facilitated by Sewa International were flagged off by the Uttarakhand Governor for Chamoli and Rudraprayag districts from the Raj Bhawan on Thursday.
The governor appreciated the works and social services undertaken by Sewa International organization in Chamoli and Rudraprayag districts. She opined that one can achieve great heights through selfless work and said that providing treatment facilities in the remote areas of Uttarakhand is a commendable work. She further said, “We should make a commitment to give more to the society and nation than we receive from them. Along with the Government, the social service bodies and non-governmental organizations will also have to play an important role in helping the deprived section, poor and ailing. Every person should fulfill the responsibility of undertaking social service with a selfless attitude.”
