Four current officials to b e sued, ordered CJM

In the four-year-old case, four current officials, including Chief Minister OSD Jesse Khul, will be sued. The court of Chief Judicial Magistrate (CJM) MM Pandey ordered this.
The four officers are accused of corruption of Rs 70 lakhs in the Center’s Integrated Water Management Management Program (IWMP) and National Water Development Development Scheme.
Advocate Sanjay Kohli said that both the centrally sponsored schemes were fraudulent in 2014-15. His client, on the complaint of then assistant agriculture officer (Class-II) Ramesh Chand Chauhan, got two administrative checks in the past. The advocate claims that in this investigation, there was a disclosure of 70 lakh rupees for corruption.
When Ramesh complained about corruption, it was revealed in the investigation that the fund was collected through financial confusion from the government employees, psychiatrist, contract employees and students in the name of the scheme.
Ramesh complained to the then SSP and the Patel Nagar inspector. However, in case of no action, he filed a complaint in the CJM Court with the verified copies of the investigation report from RTI. On this, the court of CJM MM Pandey ordered that this dispute should be in court. The competent authority will also be investigated. During this, the Chief Minister’s OSD Khulbe was posted as Agriculture and Land Conservation Officer in Chakrata.
