Foundation stone to be laid for higher stones through a video call

Before the Lok Sabha elections, Uttarakhand is going to meet in the field of higher education. Prime Minister Narendra Modi will lay the foundation stone of business degree college in Paithani besides the state’s Kichha and Laldhang (Haridwar) modal colleges through video conferencing from Kashmir on February 3.
This information was given by Dr. Dhan Singh Rawat, Minister of State for Higher Education. He said that 12 crores from Central Government and 26 crores for Paithani Vocational College have been sanctioned for Kichha and Laldhang colleges. Paithani College will be such that only vocational courses will be run.
Other formalities including land selection for these colleges have been completed. According to Dr Rawat, Prime Minister Narendra Modi on February 3, through the video conferencing from Kashmir, will lay the foundation of 143 colleges across the country, including these three colleges of the state.
Significantly, the foundation stone of the three colleges of Uttarakhand was first proposed by the Prime Minister on January 15, but later it was postponed. Now with the other modal colleges in the country, they will also have a foundation stone.
