Coronavirus outbreaks are increasing in India. Covid-19 has also knocked in Uttarakhand. Coronavirus infection has been confirmed in an Indian Foreign Service (IFS) official who returned from abroad. Officers recently came to Haldwani from Dehradun. His health deteriorated and he was examined at the medical college here. Investigations have found his sample infected with the coronavirus. The Principal of Medical College Dr. CP Bhaisauda has also confirmed this. This is the first case of coronavirus infection in Uttarakhand.
The number of people infected with the coronavirus in India had risen to 107 before this case came to light. The highest number of cases have been reported from Kerala in the figures released by the Indian government. There have been 22 people found to be Covid-19 positive. At the same time, two people in the country and more than five thousand people in the whole world have died due to infection with this disease.
