Uttarakhand Board’s examination evaluation work has been badly affected by the coronavirus epidemic. This time this assessment will start about two and a half months late. The evaluation work will start in two centers from June 13, which will run till June 19. Chief Education Officer RC Purohit said that all necessary measures have been taken to assess in a fair and confidential manner.
Due to COVID-19, Uttarakhand Board’s high school and inter examinations have also not been completed this time. The papers of Mathematics, Urdu and Sanskrit in High School and Sanskrit, Biology, Mathematics and Sociology in Inter are to be held from June 20 to June 23. The evaluation of the copies of the examination which has already been taken will start from Saturday.
The evaluation will be done at Lohaghat GIC and Tanakpur GGIC in the district. A total of 61 LT and spokespersons will work to investigate more than 35 thousand copies. On Friday, the Chief Education Officer visited the Tanakpur Assessment Center and examined security and other arrangements. He asked the teachers to take all necessary precautions in the evaluation. Teachers will be given brief training and guidelines before assessment.
