Following the order of District Magistrate Mangesh Ghildiyal, 39 officers including the Chief Development Officer set up a Chaupal in the village and heard the problems of the villagers. These officers had to walk three to five kilometers to reach the village. The District Magistrate himself reached the village of Haat and after taking stock of the development works, spent the night on board in the primary school.

In fact, the District Magistrate, who is free from the arbitrariness of the officers, took this unique way to improve their performance. According to the DM, despite all efforts, there was no change in the work behavior of the officers. Even if the reform did not happen despite the withholding of salary, this method was adopted.

All 39 officers reached the selected village and listened to the problems by placing a Chaupal. Its videography was also done. Now all the officers will submit the report to the DM. On the other hand, the District Magistrate Mangesh Ghildiyal himself also reached the village of Haat. During this time, the villagers raised the matter of the bridge not being constructed between Haat to Gawani village.

They urged the District Magistrate that a trolley should be installed at least till the bridge is built. The DM assured the villagers that action would be taken soon.

Apart from this, the problem being created by the L&T Company caused a lot of trouble for the villagers and terror of the monkeys. DM Mangesh Ghildiyal heard the problems of the villagers by placing a night chaupal in the village haat under the development block Agastyamuni. Rested the night in primary school, in an ordinary bed.
