Death of a resident of Rishikesh suffering from swine flu, so far 16 deaths

A patient, resident of Rishikesh, suffering from swine flu, has died. The patient was undergoing treatment at the Shri Mahant Indiresh Hospital in Patel Nagar. With this, the number of those killed in swine flu in the capital has reached 16.

Chief Medical Officer Dr SK Gupta told that a 41-year-old resident of Rishikesh was undergoing treatment at Sri Mahant Indiresh Hospital. The patient died on Friday during treatment. He informed that swine flu has been confirmed in the patient. At the same time, three new patients have also been found to be swine flu positive.

He said that the three patients are undergoing treatment at Shri Mahant Indiresh Hospital. The number of swine flu sufferers has reached 56 in the capital, out of which 16 have died. Read more posts…
