Drinking water supply in homes even in the daytime under lockdown

People will not have drinking water problems due to the lockdown. For this, the Water Institute has now decided to supply in the day time also. Different areas will be supplied under rotation. There is a nationwide lockdown. Everyone has been asked to stay at home. In such a situation, the Jal Sansthan has decided to provide additional water to the people of the state so that there is no shortage of water.

Managing Director of Jal Sansthan Neelima Garg said that drinking water will be transported in different areas of the city for some time by scheduling the day. People’s water consumption has increased due to living at home. In such a situation, after supply in the morning and evening, there will be supply in the day also. Told that there is sufficient availability of water. Also, there is no electricity problem as of now. Due to which the tube well is being run for sufficient time.

No penalty till 15 April

Jal Sansthan has appealed people to fill water bills online. Although the counters are open, people have been asked to avoid crowding the counter in view of the corona infection. Also, in the event of failure to deposit the bill, there will be no penalty till 15 April.
