Chief Minister Trivendra Singh Rawat inaugurated the 300-bed COVID Hospital in Rudrapur on Thursday. This COVID Hospital is being constructed at a cost of crores in Pandit RamSumer Shukla Medical College. During this time, the Chief Minister also released the radiology block and other works.

The Chief Minister laid the foundation stone for the reconstruction of roads in the city. The Chief Minister also inaugurated development works including development centers at a cost of crores on behalf of the Rural Development Department. He then reached the Collectorate and held a meeting on several other issues including COVID-19. The Chief Minister met the media after the meeting was over. He said that the Bajpur land case will be resolved before August 15. Will get a gift soon.

Education Minister Arvind Pandey, Irrigation Minister Yashpal Arya, MLA Saurabh Bahuguna, and MLA Rajesh Shukla were absent in the review meeting of Chief Minister Trivendra Singh Rawat.

MLA Rajesh Shukla left after joining the inaugural work of the Medical College. This is seen to be related to the dispute with DM in the past. However, when asked about Shukla, he said that he has not been called to the meeting.

Cabinet meeting Madan Kaushik, MLA Rajkumar Thukral, Khatima MLA Pushkar Dhami, Kashipur MLA Harbhajan Singh Cheema, Divisional Commissioner Arvind Hayanki, Forest Corporation President Suresh Parihar were present.
