37 cadets of Army Cadet College (ACC) were awarded degrees in a ceremony held at historic Chetwode Hall of Indian Military Academy (IMA) on Friday.
20 cadets from humanities stream were among those awarded while 17 belonged to the science stream. The cadets were conferred degrees by the prestigious Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi. The Commandant congratulated the cadets for successful completion of three years of ACC Wing training while the principal of the Army Cadet College Wing, Dr. Naveen Kumar highlighted the high standards and academic performances throughout the years.
The ceremony was presided over by the officiating Commandant of IMA, Major General J S Nehra. After three years of training at the Army Cadet College, the graduated course will join the Indian Military Academy for one year for their pre-commissioning Training.
