In Uttarakhand Public Service Commission Additional Private Secretary Recruitment Examination-2017, out of 1634 applications for the main examination, 1530 have been rejected. The Commission has rejected most of these applications due to computer certificates. There is anger among the candidates. The Uttarakhand Public Service Commission had issued a notification on 31 July 2017 for the recruitment of Additional Private Secretary in the Commission and Secretariat. Under this, the pre-examination was held on 11 November 2017, the result of which was released on 11 April 2018. The Commission then sought applications for the Main Examination on 27 April 2018. Candidates say that after 18 months, out of 1634 (as per information received in RTI), the applications were trimmed from 1530 and rejected.
